Gold 1 is the highest level group and designed for athletes who have decided that swimming will be a balanced priority in their life. Athletes demonstrate a commitment to the team by attending a minimum of 85% of practices and 90% of the recommended meets. This group has aspirations of swimming at the collegiate level. Eight water practices and three dryland practices are offered per week. Gold 1 swimmers have solid fundamental skills and are capable of purposeful training. Ideal for ages 13 and up, this group serves as role models for the rest of the team!
